How often should I schedule an inspection?
We automatically schedule your first check-up 15 days after installation. We recommend a second inspection at the 6-month mark. Beyond that, you can book a service call whenever you feel the floor needs a check, or ahead of a major season change (e.g., right before the monsoons or peak dry summer months).
What cleaning products should I use on my Viera floor?
Avoid standard floor cleaners, ammonia, bleach, or acidic detergents. Use a slightly damp microfibre mop with wood-safe, neutral cleaner. Excessive water is the enemy of solid wood, so always squeeze the mop head dry before cleaning.
Can deep scratches or pet marks be fixed?
Absolutely. Since Viera is 100% solid hardwood, we don't need to replace the floor. Minor scuffs can be polished out with maintenance oil. Deeper scratches are carefully sanded and re-finished in place. For severe damage, we can replace individual planks from your matching batch lot.
How does the warranty claim process work?
Simply submit the service request form on this page or call our care hotline. Mention your original order ID or project location. A service technician will visit to inspect the boards. If a structural or manufacturing issue is confirmed, we will repair, refinish, or replace the affected planks at no cost to you.
